Observed multiple cans being stored on the floor under stove under 3 bay sink. Remove all cans off of the floor and provide proper storage minimum of 6 inches off the floor.

Observed soil on the front counter. Clean front counter to remove soil. Observed soil on the inside and outside windows and front door. Clean windows to remove soil. Observed soil inside the 2 door reach in refrigerator where the soda is stored. Clean to remove soil. Observed grease build up on the hood filters. Clean to remove grease build up and update sticker. PIC contacted the hood company and they are scheduled to come out on Nov 19th.

Observed heavy soil and build up under the stove. Clean floors to remove soil build up. Clean floors under all refrigearation units. Remove light shields on the ceiling to clean/dust/remove all debris. Wipe/clean/sanitize walls in the front area to remove all soil build up.
