PIC will need to repair the wall to the left of the three bay sink that is peeling and has some mold. It is by the left drain board. Please install a door sweep on the door in the kitchen. 7-17-25 Please repair wall to the left of the three bay sink. 7-24-25 As discussed please repair the wall to the left of the three bay sink. In basement found a puddle of water along the wall. This will need to be addressed. Please find out where the water is coming from and repair.
