The cold plate and refrigerant lines are set within the ice well. The cold plate and lines are not cleaned and sanitized with appropriate frequency. As such some sore of separation must be provided between the beverage ice and equipment. The separation could consist of a dividing barrier or simply a plastic or metal tub. Provide.
