The ice scoop was observed on top of the ice machine instead of within the blue ice scoop holder mounted on the front right of the machine. The manager stated that she would review proper storage procedures with the employees focusing on the risk for cross contamination when stored improperly.

Wash Rinse Water Clean Proper Temperature.
At the start of the inspection the three-basin sink was observed to have been drained. One of the kitchen staff was observed to be manually rinsing a storage container with the spray nozzle/hose and then dipping the tray in sanitizer. The three-basin sink should be properly maintained at all times to permit/encourage proper washing rinsing and sanitizing of equipment at all times.

Hand Cleaner Drying Tissue Signage
At the start of the inspection which was between the breakfast and lunch rush one of the automatic towel dispensers was empty. The dispenser was refilled once management was alerted to the situation. Once the dispenser is emptied staff should promptly replace the towels.
