Breakfast burrito's inside of the 4 door cold holding unit with an elevated temperature of 50F. PIC had stated that the burrito's had been made in the morning. Discontinue and ensure proper cooling methods are in place prior to the burrito's being placed out for service. Burrito's were removed from the cooler and placed into the walk-in refrigerator to continue the cooling process.
