Hand Cleaner Drying Tissue Signage
Hand towel dispensers for two of the kitchen hand sinks were empty during the inspection. Staff were utilizing napkins to dry their hands. The staff replaced the towels during the inspection. Management will review proper replacement procedures with the staff after the inspection.

Water was leaking through the ceiling in front of the entrance to the walk-in. The source of the leak appears to be associated with the snow melt / drainage on the roof. The leak must be repaired.
