Per discussion with the PIC .The PIC stating that there are 2 new 4 well non mechanical units on site to be used for salad bar storage. PIC instructed to discontinue using. Provide all necessary specifications for the units along with sneeze guards to the Health Division for review. Also discussed with the PIC that mechanical refrigeration should be provided.
