Flies seen in old kitchen area and in back area where the big coolers are clean to remove and ensure back door of loading dock stays closed. 6.27.25: Minimal fly activity observed during time of inspection. Pest report provided shows multiple catches in basement area. Pest control is coming weekly. Structural repairs have been made.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
