Sink behind front counter had no soap to wash hands properly When I ask so I could wash my hands the soap was provided- All Food Handlers must wash hands properly. Need a Splash guard to prevent soiled water touching food contact surfaces and equipment.

At the time tested there was no evidence of sanitizer. Employee had sink filled with water and no evidence of chlorine she had utensils in the sanitizer bay. -COS Gabriel Instructed Employee to adjust the chlorine and re-test to 50 PPM
