Evidence of rodent droppings inside the shelving where you store the pizza pans. Contact licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report for the next inspection. Clean to remove all new and old droppings. 4/25/25- Dropping have been cleaned and removed. The exterminator was due to come out today. At the time of the re inspection the owner called (on speaker phone) and the pest company stated they would call the exterminator to see what time he would be arriving today. Please email the pest report to the email provided after the pest inspection today. The pest report needs to be clean. No catches no evidence of droppings. If the report is not clean please be sure to have more frequent visits determined by the licensed exterminator until this problem is resolved.
