Food contact equipment counters and non food contact including fryolators was corrected except for fryolators they are still in use using old grease to cook foods such as chiccarones pastelitos The fryolators are encrusted heavily with grease and build-up.- Clean inside underneath and outsides of each fryolator. Grease should be changed frequently.

Train staff on proper handwashing.- Needs active managerial control in place for Handwashing Cleaning and time and temperature of foods. Need an illness policy in place coiuld not explain foodborne illnesse signs and symptoms
