Observed fish being stored directly on floor in walkin cooler underneath shelf with raw chicken and raw beef. Raw beef observed being stored above ready to eat bread sticks in reach in cooler. Store raw potentially hazardous foods and ready to eat foods in a manner that prevents cross contamination. Store all foods atleast 6" off the floor in protected areas. PIC discarded one head of iceberg lettuce that had come into contact with raw beef.
