BETWEEN USE-store the wiping clothes in a sanitizing solution -SET UP 2 BUCKETS OF SANITIZER-1.marked RAW -for wiping clothes used on RAW food contact surfaces- EXAMPLE clothes used when handling RAW chicken--& 1. bucket marked R.T.E ( ready to eat ) for clothes used on ready to eat contact surfaces--CHANGE solution at least every 4 hours-& have the proper sanitizer test kit-to test sanitizer at proper levels-THIS WILL help kill "germs" on clothes & help prevent the spreading of "germs" from contaminated clothes--
