At the time of the inspection there was no hot water avialable at the front hand sink 3 bay sink and the 2 bay sink water had a temperature of 65F. Plumber was called at the time of the inspection to make any necessary repairs. Pipe under the 3 bay sink is leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs. Hot water was available in the restroom hand sink.
