When I arrived at the time of inspection Staff stated she was not the person in charge i asked about the person in charge and she is on another shift- Train staff on all areas of operations and assign them as person in charge. Staff stated she is kinda the person in charge when The CFPM and other staff is not here. PIC must be available for all operational hours

Sink is being used as a dump sink with a trash can and wooden chair around the sink- Remove all items obstructing access to hand sink- Hand sink needs to be easily accessible for staff to wash hands
