There is no prep sink.Provide (Manager stating the vegetables get washed in the 3 bay sink using a colander) Provide SOP's for washing vegetables(standard operating procedures to ISDHealth@Boston.gov) Upon re-inspection It was explained to the owner to have a licensed plumber assess the location for the instalation of a prep sink with a proper air gap Owner instructed to send the plumbers report (on proper letterhead) to the Health division for review.
