Improper Maintenance of Walls/Ceilings

A new hood sticker was put on cooking line. The sticker must have hole punched on the dates not a marker. PIC needs tro call hood company and have a new sticker put on hood. Replace or repair ceiling fan in restroom. Fan not working and visibly soiled.
