Pizza unit middle section had food between 47F and 51F. In the same unit found cheese at 41F. Please monitor this unit and have repaired if can not hold food at or below 41F. PIC did state that the top was open for an after school rush. It was just the middle section on the same three flip top unit.

Controlling Pests (Pf)

Evidence of rodents in the basement along the wall and found a road walking in middle of the room. Please have pest control come out more often until issue has been addressed. In back hall way by back door stairs found hole in wall and steps please patch and a door sweep on the door to the other store will help keep them out of your unit.
