The handsink on the truck was not operating(no water in the tank per the PIC)(tank had a hole) The PIC had a electric 4 bay temporary sink on the truck for the event(hot/cold running water--OK) After discussion with the owner-the MFW truck was locked into the event. The owner was instructed to finish the event and take the truck off the road and provide all necessary repairs. The owner was also instructed to bring the truck to 1010 Mass ave for a re-inspection when ready.
