Mouse droppings observed on the floor behind the Coke reach in on floor under the 3 bay sink at the drain compartments to th fryers and on the basement floor areas. Remove mouse droppings. Provide exterminator service right away. At the compliance inspection provide a receipt of service from the exterminator. Also proivde a status report from the exterminator and provide a game plan for desling with this mouse issue. Included in the game plan should be an Intergrated Pest Management Program (IPM) report that is specific to this estabishment. All requested paperwork will be picked up by the inspector at the compliance inspection on 1/3/18.Restaurant is closed from 12-25-18 to 1-2-19.
