Handsink in Fish/ Meat market area was clogged and had scoop from ice machine in it. When removed the sink was completely dried - PIC Removed the scoop and water was at a temperature of 87.5 I ran the water for a while. PIC went to have mixing valve checked and called plumber to check. Handsink should be for washing hands only and for no other purpose.

In walk in cooler outside meat and fish department eggs are stored above ready to eat foods.- Remove and store on bottom shelf to prevent contamination . In fish walk in cooler there were live clams live oysters and snails stored on top of each other- PIC separated and stored apart from one another- Discontinue storing different species with each other.
