Ensure all hand snks have paper towels located within reaching distance for the employee - only one of the many hand sinks scattered throughout the restaurant was in violation. Although all hand sinks have signage they are extremely hard to read as verbiage ois small and written on a clear adhesive that blends into the area - suggesting to replace all " hand washing only" signage with something easier to read
