Evidence of fruit fly activity noted around where onions and other root based vegetables are being stored. Address. Pest control reports were up to date at the time of the inspection. Provide an additional report addressing the fruit flies for the next site visit. Pest control is on site weekly addressing the current issues. Heavy fruit fly activity noted in the trash/recycle room is located. Address and it is highly recommended a more frequent pick-up for trash and recycle until fruit fly activity has been minimized.
