All previous glue boards / traps and droppings have been removed and replaces with new ones - behind the small blue lottery desk located by the front door appear to be some droppings still visible - No current pest control reports on site either - IPM reports from your professionally licensed pest control company need to be available on site - this will be written statements from the company stating where all the problematic areas for rodent activity are located as well as the corrective actions that have been taken place and what te company is using to address them
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
Code Requirements
IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.

Although much of the loose debris not affiliated with the store have been removed and discarded that was in the rear corner of the store there still remains some clutter and debris - discard all items [ paint cans bag of cement - concrete blocks ] not affiliated with the store and / or organize the remaining items as discussed

Drying Mops (C)
All in use brooms and mops used to clean the floor of the store shall be elevated off the floors a minimum of six inches off the floors after being used -cleaning solution inside the mop bucket shall be emptied throughout the day and then changed as needed then stored in the segragated area of the store as we discussed - sides of the mop sink do not have barriers on either side - if foods available for retail sale are to be sold on the shelving units ocated near to the area - barriers will need to be provided as we discussed during the interview
