Replace the broken plexiglass door to the deli case. The taped surfaces are not readily cleanable. The broken plexiglass represents a potential physical hazard. Monitor the Pepsi refrigerator used to store pasta located to the right of the gas stove. The unit is operating at approximately 45 degrees F. The thermostat was reset to a colder setting. If this remedy does not enable the unit to maintain internal product temperatures at 41 degrees or below then a service call should be made to repair the unit.
