A variance was filled out but no approval on file- Submit a letter to obtain a variance to properly wash hands in 3 Rinse bay of 3 bay sink. PIC was unable to properly demonstrate how to wash rinse and sanitize scoops for Richies slush- Discontinue the sale of the slushes until able to demonstrate properly how to wash rinse and sanitize. Improperly storing Beef patties with the "Keep Frozen' Labels on them 64 patties stored in refrigeration units.
