1) An employee was observed rinsing off his hands after taking off his gloves not properly washing them with soap. Review handwashing practices with the staff and make sure everyone is properly washing their hands. 2) At the start of the inspection none of the handsink were properly stocked with soap and paper towels and it would have been difficult for employees to properly wash their hands.
