No handwashing done from staff when I arrive handsinks were blocked and with food debris inside also dry and no proper supplies no soap no papertowels Staff told me he washed his hands but there was no evidence as to where just donned gloves- train staff the improtance of washing hands while handling foods. I washed my hands and used the soap that was at handsink in kitchen area and napkins . Had staff do the same
