At the time of inspection the PIC stated that the generator was not operating properly. The event coordinator provided an electrical connection to power the truck. The PIC was also using a grill outside of the truck to cook some of his menu items. The handwash station was also not operating.(temp handwash in place for the event) It was discussed with the owner to finish the event and take the truck off the road provide all necessary repairs contact ISD Health when repairs are completed & bring the truck to 1010 Mass ave between 8-9:30am for a re-inspection.
