High temp machine rinse 135F / hot water booster is leaking water and cannot be used / Repair to provide 180F-194F on the rinse. 3 bay sink is set up with 300ppm of quaterary ammonia and will be used until repair is made on machine. All glassware will be replaced with disposables while the 3 bay is in use.
