The grab and go packaged items do not have complete ingredient and allergen labels. Provide complete ingredient labels and comply with allergen requirements. (They moved the grab and go items to behind the counter and the manager will call the main kitchen with any questions) 1/7/2020 There are still packaged foods in the grab and go refrigerators that do not have complete ingredient labels. Provide ingredient information with all the ingredients and sub-ingredients and major allergens clearly identified. 1/7/2020 They have a tuna nicoise salad in the grab and go refrigerator for sale that has partially cooked tuna on top. The tuna appears to go through a non-continuos cook process at the Everett commissary that would not meet the criteria for approval for a variance. Provide information about this procedure.
