At this time witnessed chef drop equipment and staff member doing dishes wash equipment in sink but did not sanitize. Location has two bay sink that is use to pre-wash and then put into low temperture dishwasher. Please review with staff that all equipment will need to be washed in the low temp dishwasher unless you get the two bay no rinse sanitizer and test kit and have that set up to use.
