The prep sink on the cooking line did not have a air gap. PIC will need to contacts a plumber and look into getting one installed. Please provide plumber report when you get one to me by email. 1-30-24 PIC is working with the owner of the build and a plumber to get the work done. She stated that it should be done in about a week. Please let me know if this is all done sooner.

Under stairs to basement found two old glue traps with multiple mice on them. Please have pest control remove and replace. Please have pest control come out and do an inspection between now and re-inspection date.
