at time of inspection found -- in the " true " glass door display cooler -RAW food ( whole doz. eggs ) stored on the top shelf over READY TO EAT items -- CORRECT BY : store the RAW eggs on the bottom shelves & the READY TO EAT food on the top shelves to protect the READY TO EAT products from possibile drip / leak / spill contamination ----------- & at inspection found chemicals soaps pest sprays etc. stored over food products- CORRECT BY : store chemicals etc. on bottom shelves & food products on top shelves to protect food products from possibile contamination- OR seperate by sections & at front counter do not store medicines over food products ( reviewed with mgr. )
