There are items on the shelves that are expired and one can was severely dented. Segregate all expired and damaged products so they are not on the shelves. (All items found out of date were removed from the shelves and placed in the container to be returned for credit)

The shelves in the walk-in cooler are soiled with buildup and they're dropping onto the tops of cans. Clean the shelves to remove debris and keep cans clean.
