Hand sink is not set up properly - the only time a hand sink is not necessary in food service is in retail sale - foods are packeged individually and / or whole intact fresh produce and there is no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods - seems to be a misunderstanding from the last inspection [ new PIC is currently in place ] ensure hand soap and paper towels are in easy access to the food handler as we discussed during inspection [ the only foods on site are baking off a pretzel and warming up commercially puchased tortilla chips
