Observed damage floor tile in the front of flat top grills and in the kicthen in front of three bay sink. Repair 11/3/25 on compliance visit the floor tile is still not repair. Provide me with time frame when the floor tile can be repair On compliance visit PIC said contractor had come to evaluate the floor. He will provide me with proposal to repair the entire floor
