Dishwasher gauges not working. PIC will need to have repaired. The dishwasher was not being used at this time. All equipment being washed in three bay sink. Disk is not getting to 160 at the plate so do not use until repaired or replaced.

Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)
Hand sink in basement prep had a hose in the sink and it was dry. PIC was doing prep. Hand sink in kitchen had sanitizer bucket in it. PIC will need to review with staff not to block sinks and to was hands in hand sink.
