Gaskets around the upright True refrigerator torn and damaged. Replace to ensure a minimum temperature of below 41F is being maintained. Upright True refrigerator with an elevated temperature of approximately 50F. All the foods inside of the unit were prepared from the am hours. Foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into the walk-in cooler. Discontinue the use of the unit unless it is able to maintain a temperature below 41F.
