At this time found high temperature dishwasher rinse at 202F It was 172F at the plate. PIC stated that a new dishwasher has been ordered. As long at it 160F at the plate you can use the dishwasher. Please see if it is a adjustment that you can do to the rinse temp to read properly.

PIC will need to clean the hood filters and had the hood cleaned it expired in Sept 2025. PIC stated that it will be cleaned tomorrow.
