An O-ring gasket is missing from the interior of the ice cream maker. Clean and sanitize the interior food contact and non-food contact surfaces of the machine before making any additional ice cream. Once the gasket has been replaced submit samples of ice cream to the food testing laboratory for analysis. Do not manufacture any additional ice cream until the unit is repaired.
