(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)
Sprinkler head went off on the morning of March 19th 2021 in the rear of the kitchen - Manager called BFD immediately - no fire nor did the ansul system deploy. - mthe restauranr has a smoker on site and it appears that this is what triggered the sprinkler head which was located only a few feet away. Restaurant was closed upon my arrival and will remian closed until protocol for re-opening has occured
