Observed excess trash unused items equipment wood pallets furniture in and around the dumpster. Clean to remove all items trash. Ensure that the dumpster are closed. PIC stated that the landlord is responsible for the trash. 1/16/24-Dumpsters were closed and empty. Excess trash unused items wood pallets are still piled up in back of the dumpster. Contact landlord and code enforcement to have all items removed.
