Two plastic containers of cooked crabmeat were observed on top of a container of mussels. The containers were moved and the issue corrected. The Health Division discussed the issue with the Chef manager and owner.

Non-Food Contact Surfaces
The four drawer flip-top sandwich unit on the main level of the bakery was maintaining interior food products at 40 to 41 F and 40 to 45 F above. The unit should be serviced so that the unit maintains all of the products at 41 F or below. The top of the unit should be closed when not in use. The staff working in the area should verify that the drawers are properly closed during operation.
