Hand sink in kitchen has no hand soap and no hand soap dispenser. Provide both for this hand sink. Eamployees have been washing thier hands at the service area. Provide splash gaurds for the hand sinks at the service area and discontinue storing food at and around the hand sink. Provide paper towels for the hand sink at the service area.

Improper Maintenance of Floors
Multiple supplies stored directly on floor of storage area resulting in no access tot he floor area. Keep all supplies 6 inches off the floor for cleaning asnd monitoring purposes.

Floors must be: Smooth and non-porous in food areas; Properly sloped to drains (1/8 to 1/4 inch per foot); Coving at wall junctures sealed; No cracks, holes, or missing tiles; Grout intact and sealed; Cleaned daily or more frequently; Dry except when cleaning.
