Observed rodent droppings on the shelving where the laundry detergent is located. PIC was able to provide an extermination report from 8/31/25. Contact licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. Recommend more frequent pest inspections. Clean and sanitize shelving to remove rodent droppings.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

Basement is filled with equipment shelving items. PIC stated that everything in the basement is from the previous owner. The basement needs to be clean organized and decluttered. Remove all unnessary items ensure all items are 6 inches off the floor. Sweep basement floor and stairs. Remove soda crates and provide proper storage. Remove crates and sweep up the grounds in the trash area. Observed soiled floors sweep and clean floors.
