Non-Food Contact Surfaces
The west end of the large ice cream case where the single serving novelties are stored was operating at approximately 28 F. The ice cream products were not as firm to the touch as the products located further down the case where temperatures of 18 to 20 F were observed. Staff have been dispatched to inspect the case.

Equipment Thermometers
Several equipment thermometers were observed to be broken and should be replaced. It should be noted that in almost all of the instances there are multiple thermometers within the longer refrigeration units.
