PIC- Asah was able to provide detailed IPM reports from 1/7/25. Continue service with the licensed exterminator and please forward the reports to the email provided. Evidence in Aisle #10 - Dog food and on the floor behind the end cap ( Bounty Towels) Aisle #11 paper towels Aisle #13 at the very end near the red wall and to the right of the socks electric room in the front of the store. Recommend removing the kick plates in these areas and replace the missing ceiling tiles in the electrical room. Ensure to move the end caps (potato) in produce area to clean the floor.
