Several drain flies were observed on the wall opposite the Barista area. The issue has existed since the summer and appears to be related to water / moisture collecting within a wall at the end of the service line. The flies are reported to be breeding within the moisture. The issue has much improved since that observed during the summer. Staff should continue to abide by the recommendations of the pest management company. Starbucks should work with building engineering to mitigate the moisture issue.
Why This Matters
