There are eggs thawing at room temperature under the toaster the normal procedure for thawing is in the regrigerator overnight. If they need to quick thaw the product they can either cook the frozen product straight through microwave the product immediately before cooking the product or thaw the product under cold running water. Discontinue thawing at room temperature (the manager was able to discard the items)
